Dale Carnegie-Skills for Success

David Burkhart and Kyle Branin came away with multiple awards from their Dale Carnegies Skills for success. This program is an 8 week course that helps individuals build greater self-confidence, Strengthen people skills, enhance communication skills, develop leadership skills, reduce stress and improve our attitude. For Class 2 Kyle received the Breakout Award, for Class 4 David reveived the Outstanding Performance Award. Kyle also received another Breakout Award for class 8. Kyle has been dedicated since joining the company and has developed into a great young professional. President David Burkhart won the Highest Award for Achievement for the course. He is glad to have received this honor. The courses were very educational and Gillespie will continue to send employees. Matt Rehrig will be the next employee to take this course. We hope he can continue the success of other individuals have seen in this program. Congratulations to David Burkhart and Kyle Branin for a job well done!!
